LED Strobe Mobile Light

LED Strobe Mobile Light

Strobing — or flashing — a light helps freeze images for machine vision applications. However, the strobing can also be annoying or distracting to nearby employees.

The newest version of the LED Strobe Mobile Light solves this issue with patent-pending Hidden Strobe technology. It optimizes machine vision lighting to reduce annoyance without the need for light shielding.

High Power

This high power LED strobe light is designed to be a work light as well as a warning light. It has a polycarbonate fresnel lens which is extremely durable and will stand up to the harsh conditions found in construction vehicles, garbage trucks and snow plows. This strobe light has 4 different modes so you can choose between being a solid on work light or flashing in a warning pattern. The LEDQ375 can be hard wired for permanent installation using a flange base or temporarily installed on a vehicle with a magnetic or pole or handle base. It uses 12 LEDs positioned behind multiple diffuser lenses that produce optimum illumination. It can run for 600 flashing hours on two new D-Cell batteries.

LED lights require a lot less maintenance than the Xenon strobe lights. This is good for the budget LED Strobe Mobile Light and also good for the environment. Less maintenance means fewer bulbs that will need to be replaced, and fewer bulbs to add to the landfill.

If you want to add a strobe light effect on your vehicle, but are worried about the cost and energy usage, consider installing a hidden strobe light. These strobe lights are built into the existing lights of your vehicle or mounted onto a surface, and can be easily hidden from view. They will still provide the strobe effect that you need to get attention.

Quad Flash Pattern

Unlike older light bulbs, LEDs don’t lose energy by turning it into heat. This allows the STRB36W strobe to draw less current than old-fashioned lights and also to run off standard 110 Volt power, which eliminates the need for voltage adapters. It is also cool to the touch, meaning that you won’t burn yourself if you have to hold it for an extended period of time.

LEDs are also more consistent in their output, which is particularly helpful for slitter/rewinder inspection. This is because they eliminate the very bright “hot spots” that make it difficult to inspect the line and lead to operator fatigue. The faster flash rate of LED strobes also helps them to more accurately match the machine’s operation speed, improving quality and protecting your reputation for delivering quality products.

With an array of mounting options, the STRB36W is a great choice for a variety of uses. For instance, it can be used to indicate analog line status in a noisy warehouse or factory, or even to add visibility to pre-existing emergency phones in a hospital. In addition, it can be configured to flash in sequence, pacing the flashes according to a preset rate dial. A sound-activated mode is also available, which can pace the flashes to music or voice commands. It is sonic welded and IP67-rated for water and dust resistance.

Slow Single Flash

This strobe light features 36 white ultra-bright LED lights that are synchronized to pulse together to create a powerful lighting effect. It has a default flashing mode and a rate adjustment knob that can slow the rate down or speed it up. It can also be set to a sound activated mode that will pace the flashes with whatever beat the music is playing.

Unlike traditional bulbs that turn much of their power into heat, the LED lights in this strobe mobile light produce only a small amount of heat and are cool to the touch even after hours of operation. This enables the light to be placed near or on machinery and other equipment without worrying about overheating, damaging electronics or giving employees or visitors a nasty burn.

This LED strobe mobile light is ideal for industrial applications like construction, maintenance and snow removal where it can be mounted to vehicles or other equipment that need high visibility to maintain safe working conditions. It is also great for law enforcement, security and emergency services vehicles where operators need to be easily identified on the job. It is available in red, amber and blue lens color accessories to match any situational awareness needs. It can be hard wired to a 12V – 24V power source for permanent or semi-permanent installation using its flange base, or it can be temporarily installed on a vehicle with a magnetic mount and vehicle power adapter.

Audible Alarm

The CAV12X Combination Audio/Visual Strobe Light combines a single flash strobe light with an audible alarm. The combination of sound and visual signals help get the message across when loud noise or a horn cannot. It’s ideal for warehouses, logistics Stage Lighting Supplier companies, manufacturing facilities and material handling operations. It’s especially useful in areas where the presence of operating machinery or dangerous conditions cannot be seen. The strobe lights and 87dB piezo alarm will alert anyone in the area of hazardous conditions or operating equipment.

Unlike regular beacon lights, the hideaway strobe light blends into its surroundings. It is designed to be mounted on the front of a vehicle without altering its appearance. It can be used to enhance the visibility of vehicles that are traveling on roads in the dark, or in a vehicle-based application such as a security patrol car or fire truck.

This strobe light is wired to interface with any standard analog telephone line and provides high visibility indication of an active call using a bright LED strobe and a visual indicator. It’s perfect for overcoming noisy environments, reaching the hearing impaired and meeting mass notification codes and mandates.

Installing these devices is a job best left to professionals for safety reasons. The wiring may be complicated and the resulting damage from a poorly completed installation can be considerable. It’s worth paying a little extra to have this work done by a professional for peace of mind and a successful installation.
